User Agreement:
This Agreement is a binding Contract between you (i.e. User) and Shri Laxmi Travels Pvt. Ltd. relating to the services provided by Shrilaxmi Tour and Travels Pvt. Ltd. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making your bookings.
Shrilaxmi Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a company located in Haridwar, Uttarakhand and is incorporated under the Laws of India. Our Head Office is located at Ganga Apartment Bhupatwala near Shantikunj Haridwar-249410, Uttarakhand, India. This company provides various travel related services through its website and Head Office.
Our Services are provided to the User or Client on the condition that the User accepts all the Terms and Conditions given in the Agreement without modification. Shrilaxmi tour and travels clarifies that any user who uses our services will be deemed to have accepted our agreement. First he should read our terms and conditions and if he is not agreeable with any of our terms and conditions then he should not use our services and if he uses our services then it will be considered that he accepts all our terms and conditions.
The User himself will be responsible to properly follow our Terms, Guidelines, Operating Rules, this will also include the fare rules of the service provider (Shri Laxmi Tour and Travels Pvt. Lmt.), Terms and Conditions given in the Contract of Carriage Rules. Srilaxmi Tours & Travels reserves the right to reject any query or order placed by the User without assigning any reason thereof.
Shrilaxmi tour and travels Pvt. Ltd. will not consider its contract with the provider of services to be complete until full payment is received from it and accepted by Shrilaxmi tour and travels.
BokingTo book the services of Shri Laxmi tour and Travels Pvt. Ltd. you can contact us directly by email or call. Our consultants will help you in selecting our services as per your requirement on your call or email and will also provide proper information regarding the services.
Your booking with Shri Laxmi Pvt. Ltd. will be considered confirmed only after we have received advance payment for the booking. If you are booking for more than one person, the person making the booking with us will be responsible for the payment for all travellers and must have the consent of all the people.
Whoever confirms the booking with us, "You" means that individual and all the travellers accompanying him.
Our team tries its best to reflect your instructions regarding your tour, whether it is written or verbal, in the document. After that, it is your responsibility to check the details of the document that we have sent to you and ensure that the details given in the document are as per your requirement or not. If the details of the document are not as per your requirement, then you will inform that person about the changes and our representative will share the documents with you after making the changes as per your requirement.
In case of any mistake or inaccuracy, you must inform us within 7 days via email. If you inform us after 7 days, Shri Laxmi tour and Travels Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the error in the documentation.
RatesThe rates for your travel program will be as per our terms and conditions.
There will be no changes after you confirm your booking with Shri Laxmi Tour And Travels and pay your deposit. The only changes that can be expected are if the Government of travel imposes a new tax on travel suppliers or if there are changes in fuel prices, and if these changes exceed 2% of your tour booking.
Payment'sYou can make payment for your tour package (travel package) through netbanking/debit card or credit card.
Booking or reservation will be confirmed only when you make 100% payment of your tour cost to the company. If the final payment is not received from the user/traveller by the due date, the booking/reservation will be considered cancelled and Concellation Charges will be applicable as per Cancellation Charges.
InsuranceShri Laxmi Tours and Travels does not sell or provide advice on insurance services of any kind. It is strongly recommended that you obtain your travel insurance at the time of your travel booking.
If you travel without any insurance, or your insurance is not comprehensive enough to meet your needs, Shri Laxmi tour and Travels Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any liability that may arise.
Medical Information and Special RequestsIt is important that you inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, dietary requirements or special equipment that may affect your enjoyment of the tour.We try to accommodate special requests, and if you do not share any such information with us at the time of booking, we will not be responsible for your enjoyment during your tour.
There are many places we operate at that have limited medical facilities. Therefore, if any of your medical conditions affect your ability to travel or fulfill your arrangements, Shri Laxmi Tours and Travels has the right to refuse your booking.
Shri Laxmi Travels will not be responsible for any changes in your medical conditions, whether pre-existing or occurring during your travel. Furthermore, if you have a dietary request, our staff will endeavor to fulfill it, but this becomes our responsibility only if we have confirmed it to you in writing.
Changes on Your Booking'sThis option will also be available once you have booked and paid for your travel arrangements with us, but our suppliers' charges will apply.
If your travel arrangements need to be changed because your train, flight, or bus is missed, delayed, canceled, or for any other reason, we will assist you in making the necessary changes. However, you will be responsible for any costs incurred in making these changes.
If your travel arrangements have to be changed due to any reason beyond the control of Shri Laxmi Tour And Travels (such as natural or unforeseen disaster, terrorist attack, civil unrest, etc.), we will try to provide you with alternate arrangements as per the prevailing situation And if any such event occurs while you are travelling, you will have to bear the entire cost of making new arrangements yourself. Also, Shri Laxmi tour and travels Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any compensation or for any loss or liability caused due to unforeseen events, including distress, death, injury.
ContractWhen you accept the terms and conditions of Shri Laxmi tour and travels Pvt. Ltd and pay your deposit, a legal contract is created between us and you, this contract will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
We reserve the right to update or change our booking conditions and general travel information on our website from time to time.
